Blackberry wine

Blackberry wine... 24 servings
45 days 12 hours 15 min

Making wine is seemingly simple. But, it requires a lot of patience, and does not forgive forgetfulness. Therefore, before undertaking to make wine from blackberries, it is better to prepare, but more thoroughly. We put pure and ripe blackberry berries in a large glass jar, devoid of any weeds, sprigs, and peduncles. We pour boiling water there at a rate of 1 liter per kilo of blackberries. Let the water brew in berries for a full four days. After they pass, we pass water mixed with blackberry juice through the folded gauze tissue. We save berries, we no longer need them. But we combine their juice with sugar and wine yeast according to the proportions specified in the composition. Pour juice into a new glass jar, or other suitable container, keep it in a warm room, keeping the room temperature. We will need to wait almost a month before the fermentation raging in the juice comes to naught. After everything is over, we pour wine into bottles, or anything else, the main thing is that it is reliably protected from open air and does not come into contact with metal. Do not rush to rejoice. Before the blackberry wine finally matures, it needs to spend almost 4 months in a dark and cool place.
