How to make wine from cherry plum simple homemade? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cherry plum can take any color. If you take a red cherry plum, then the wine will turn out to be a beautiful burgundy shade. And the yellow cherry plum will make white wine. Or you can, as I did, mix red and yellow. Go through the cherry plum, remove the spoiled. Wash the remaining whole fruits in running water.
Pre-cook the invert syrup and cool. Fill them with cherry plum. To make invert syrup, mix sugar and water in a saucepan. Place the pan on the stove, bring to the boil, stirring to dissolve all the sugar. Reduce the heat to a minimum and continue to cook the syrup for about 30 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid. Drip a drop of syrup onto a plate, if it does not spread, then it is ready.
Pour the strained liquid into a clean jar, put the glove back on with a small hole and leave to roam until the sediment is separated. Then strain again through gauze, you can with cotton wool. Bottle the wine, cover with lids and remove the infusion for at least 2-3 weeks. The longer it takes, the tastier it will be. Observe the measure when drinking alcohol!
