So, the recipe: Take a sweet selection raisins, go through it if necessary, and rinse. Now we will prepare a sugar syrup: mix sugar with water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then transfer the purified and washed raisins into a 5-liter jar and pour sugar syrup over it. Let the raisins in the syrup brew for two weeks. In this case, every day the mixture needs to be mixed. Two weeks later, when the raisins swell, we pour the liquid into another container, and warm up the raisins remaining in the jar. When the raisins are milled, add the fused liquid to it again, if necessary, add more water so that it is to the edge of the can. As you ferment, the water from the can will evaporate. Therefore, you need to periodically top up the water to the edge. We are waiting for complete fermentation! (This is about 1 month). When the wine has completely fermented, drain the liquid into bottles, and throw out the remaining cake. It is better if after that the wine will last 2-3 months. As you know, the longer a wine costs, the more delicious it is. Gorgeous homemade raisin wine is ready! Nice tasting!
