The recipe for making homemade pomegranate wine is similar to any other recipe for making homemade wine. Rinse and peel the grenades thoroughly. In order for the pomegranate grains to give juice, you should slightly ceiling it with a pusher. Fill the resulting mixture with sugar and place it in a container specially prepared for fermentation (usually a glass jar or bottle). Close the container with a water seal or pull a rubber glove on the neck of the bottle. When the fermentation process is completely over - bubbles stop appearing or a rubber glove falls, then the wine can be considered almost finished. The drink is strained and bottled. It is recommended to store homemade pomegranate wine until consumption for about a month so that the drink acquires its rich taste, aroma and color. It is important to accurately track the end of the fermentation process. If you overexpose the grenades, then instead of wine you will get pomegranate vinegar. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the final product required. If, after straining the wine, you realize that there is little sugar, then just add it and mix it thoroughly, hold for another week.
