The recipe for making homemade white wine from grapes is, of course, similar to any other recipe for making any other wine. If you are a novice winemaker, then to get a high-quality drink, you need to strictly follow the manufacturing technology and first familiarize yourself with the thematic literature for novice winemakers. The harvested grapes are kneaded to produce juice, and then left in a warm place for 5 days, stirring periodically. After the end of the settling period, filter out the resulting juice through gauze. We pour juice into a glass container of a suitable size and fall asleep sugar. Sugar falls asleep to taste depending on what wine you want to get on the way out. To obtain dry table wine, a minimum amount of sugar will be required, for a sweeter drink - a larger amount of sugar. Close the container with a water seal and leave it for a fermentation process for 3 weeks at room temperature. When the wine brightens and a natural precipitate forms, the wine is carefully filtered and bottled. The finished homemade white wine from the grapes is stored in a cool place for about a month, and then the drink is completely ready for consumption.
