Cocoa powder - 15 gr, Milk - 250 gr, Sugar - 1.5 tbsp, Butter - 25 gr, Salt - 1 gr, Vanillin - 1 gr, Wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp.
Pour the flour mixture into the cocoa dishes and, stirring with a spoon, continue to cook the cream over minimal heat until smooth and a little thickened. Add the softened butter, stir again and keep the cream on heat for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat and let the cocoa powder cream cool. Place the finished cream in cremans to serve as a dessert or use to design cakes and other pastries. Enjoy your meal!
