1. Start by washing the lemons well. The water for this should be warm, you can even lightly rub lemons with the back of a clean dishwashing sponge.
2. Remove the zest from the prepared lemons, cutting only a thin yellow part. I use a special grater.
3. Transfer the zest to a glass container, pour in the vodka, then seal with a lid.
4. Put in a darkened place, insist at room temperature for two weeks.
5. Shake the container well daily, mixing its contents.
6. We cook the syrup: heat the water, add the sugar and, stirring, bring the mixture to a boil, then cook for a few minutes. The sugar should dissolve completely. Cool the syrup completely.
7. Strain the infused vodka through a fine sieve.
8. Toss both liquids into bottles, close them hermetically, put them in a dark and cool place for a week. Time has passed - the drink is ready!
