Sugar - 725 g, Agar-agar - 8 g, Egg whites - 1 pc., Vanilla sugar - 15 g, Water - 160 ml, Apples - 4 pc.
We need to get mashed apples. To do this, you could bake the whole apples in the oven. But I make it easier, I put them in the microwave. Put the apples in suitable dishes and microwave for 5 minutes. Do so several times until the apples are soft. Then puree them with a blender and measure 250g apple puree.
Place agar agar on the plate. Bring it to a boil, the mass will be like jelly. Add the sugar (475g). Stir everything and cook for about 4 minutes. I reduce the fire after boiling.
