Wash all berries or fruits, go through and dry. At the same time, currants are not mixed with forest berries (blueberries, strawberries), since they will be needed for different stages of dessert preparation.
Grind the cookies into small crumbs. This can be done with your hands or ground in a blender.
Put the red and black currants and half the sugar (40g) in the bowl of the blender.
Beat the currants with sugar until mashed.
Wipe the berry puree through a sieve to get rid of the bones. This may not be done. I have not wiped before, and this year I decided to wipe and I liked it so much more. Dessert is more tender and homogeneous. Still, the currants have very tangible bones.
Beat the chilled cream with the remaining sugar into a stable, lush mass.
Lay 2-3 tbsp. l. Whipped cream. Put 2-3 tbsp. l crumbs from cookies. Pour over the currant puree. Next, lay out half of the forest berries, distribute a little more whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with the remaining forest berries. Refrigerate dessert for 1-2 hours. Enjoy your meal!
