3 servings1 hour 55 min
Wheat flour - 1.25 tbsp., Water - 0.5 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp., Dry yeast - 10 gr., Sugar - 2 dessert., Salt - 0.5 tsp., Eggs - 0.5 pcs., Apples - 3 pcs., Sugar - 6 tbsp., Vanilla sugar - to taste
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients for making baked apples in yeast dough in the oven. We take apples large, about the same size, so that there are no problems with cooking.
We sift flour into the bowl, this will get rid of the garbage that could get there. And at the same time, saturate the flour with oxygen so that the baking turns out to be airy. In general, make yourself a rule to sift through flour always. Add sugar, a little vanilla sugar, salt and dry yeast, mix so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Pour the dry mass into a larger bowl, pour vegetable oil and warm water.
We knead soft dough, which does not stick to the hands. Mix it thoroughly, for about 10-15 minutes.
We cover the bowl with a clean cloth and remove it to a warm place for proofing. It can be a bowl of a slow cooker, an oven at a temperature no higher than 45 degrees. I put a warm battery near me for 40 minutes. The dough should rise about twice and become airy.
While the dough is coming up, let's start preparing the apples. To do this, we will thoroughly wash them and wipe them. Remove the tails and cut off the top. Using a spoon, remove the core with seeds without cutting through the bottom and walls.
We pour sugar and vanilla sugar to taste, into the notches of apples, but this must be done immediately before cooking in the oven.
We divide the matching dough into three equal parts and roll it out into such a cake so that you can wrap the apple. Place an apple with sugar in the middle.
Gently lift the edges of the dough up and pinch so that there are no holes between the dough.
Place all the prepared apples on an oiled baking dish and cover again with a clean cloth. We clean in a warm place for 10 minutes, for proofing. Turn on the oven to heat to 180 degrees.
Break the egg into a bowl and beat a little with a regular fork.
We grease well-fitting apples in dough from all sides.
Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes, until cooked. Remove from the oven and lubricate the finished apples in the dough with vegetable oil, cover with a cloth and let them stand for 5 minutes.
We lay out the apples in the dough on a plate and serve. They are very tasty with milk, tea, coffee, but especially tasty if you add a ball of ice cream. The combination of hot and cold is just incomparable.
Enjoy your meal.
