Let's start cooking: - we rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add sour cream and sugar to it, beat it with a blender; - put gelatin in a mug, fill with cold water, leave for 5-10 minutes to swell; - peel the fruits, cut: banana - in circles (banana should be immediately sprinkled with lemon juice so that it does not darken), orange - in cubes, kiwi - part with thin plates, and part with cubes; - melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, pour into the curd mass, beat with a blender; - lay out the orange and kiwi cubes in the resulting lush white mass, gently mix; - pour the contents into the silicone mold, put banana circles on the surface; - we send the dessert to the refrigerator for 2 hours to set, after which we turn the mold onto a flat dish, so the banana layer will serve as the basis of the dessert; - chilled chocolate rub on the grater, decorate the dessert with it, and decorate the remaining kiwi around the circumference.
