Curd easter with egg-free poppy

Cottage cheese - 500 grams, Cream - 300 ml, Powdered sugar - 150 grams, Gelatin - 10 grams, Water - 0.5 pack., Food poppy - 50 grams
If there is no special form, you can use a culinary form and a tray!
Soak gelatin in warm water.
Beat the cream.
Add cottage cheese and powder. Beat everything well with a mixer.
Heat the gelatin until dissolved, cool slightly, add to the curd mass, beat.
Divide the mass in half. Deposit half of the mass at the walls of the mold.
Add poppy to the rest, mix. Fill out the center of the form.
Close with white mass, level. Clean for a few hours, or better at night in the refrigerator. Carefully separate from the walls with a knife in the morning, put on a plate.
Garnish with edible beads, berries, mint.
Serve, cut into pieces.
