4 servings3 hours
Cottage cheese - 400 gr, Milk - 180 ml, Cherry - 50 gr, Strawberry - 50 gr, Peaches - 1 pc., Condensed milk - 2 tbsp, Vanillin - 0.5 tsp, Gelatin - 20 gr
How to make cottage cheese with gelatin and fruits? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Curd take 5-9% fat content. Fruits and berries can be used to taste.
Wash peach, cherries and strawberries dry. Cut the peach into small pieces. Cut the cherries in half and remove the bones from it. You can cut each half into two more parts. Cut strawberries into quarters.
If the gelatin is powdered, then fill it with milk and leave to swell for 20 minutes. I used gelatin in the sheets, so I soaked it in the water.
Pour the milk into the saute pan, add the condensed milk and vanillin and stir until combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer with constant stirring, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the fire. If using powdered gelatin, place it in a sauté pan and heat over low heat until completely dissolved. Then add condensed milk and vanillin and mix.
Squeeze the sheet gelatin, add to the hot milk and mix until smooth.
Combine the curd with the gelatin-vanilla mass and mix thoroughly until homogeneous. It's better to do it with a mixer. Then the mass will turn out to be more homogeneous.
Add the chopped fruit to the curd mass.
Gently mix everything with a spatula.
Place the curd mass in silicone moulds and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set. You can put everything in one large form or arrange it into creams.
Remove the finished dessert from the curd with gelatin from the tin and cut into portioned pieces. Enjoy your meal!
