1. Cook the syrup, for which you add sugar to the pan and pour water over it, add citric acid. After boiling, cook the syrup 15-20 min.
2. Pour the starch into a saucepan, fill with water (4 cups). Brew until boiled.
3. For dusting, combine starch and powdered sugar, mix it.
4. Combine the finished syrup and the brewed starch. Cook for an hour over a low heat, stirring.
5. Pour the thickened mass into the tin and leave to set. When I cook, the mixture cools and freezes for 50 minutes.
