Jelly - 180 gr, Milk - 250 ml, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Gelatin - 1 tbsp, Water - 800 ml
Today we will cook very tasty and beautiful jelly. We take two bags of dry jelly concentrate - I have cherries and lemon. You can pick up jelly to your liking. For milk jelly, take milk, gelatin, sugar and 100 ml of water for soaking gelatin.
First layer. We prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Only water needs to be taken a little less. I have 400 ml in my instructions, I took 350 ml.

We take transparent glasses - layers will be visible in them! Pour the first layer of jelly and put in the refrigerator until completely set.
Or you can make these layers more original. I have such a wooden stand - I put glasses in it in a slope - the jelly will set and it will be very beautiful!
Or you can just substitute an object and sloped cups on it. It will be spectacular!
Each next layer of jelly needs to start cooking when the first layer has frozen very well. For milk jelly, fill gelatin with water, let it swell.
We put milk on the heat, let it boil, add sugar and boil again.
Add our gelatin mass and heat again over fire. Each new layer needs to be cooled well before pouring. Pour the cooled milk jelly on top of the cherry layer and put it in the refrigerator again until completely cooled.
In the same way as cherry we cook lemon jelly from a bag. Cool and pour on the milk layer. Put in the refrigerator until completely set.
