Drain the water in the morning, rinse the wheat again and fill with a fresh batch of water. It is better to cook wheat in a saucepan with a thick bottom, since this cereal is cooked for a very long time. Water should be three times more grain. Add a pinch of salt to a pan of wheat. Bring the water to the boil, reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan not tightly with a lid, and cook the wheat for about two hours.
