Blueberries - 300 gr, Sour cream - 300 gr, Cream - 250 ml, Sugar - 120 gr, Water - 60 ml, Gelatin - 20 gr
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the gelatin with water and leave to swell.
Wash the berries, dry. Put the berries in the bowl of the blender and grind in mash until homogeneous. If desired, you can wipe the mash through a sieve.
Combine the cream with sugar and bring to a boil.
Combine blueberry puree with sour cream.
Stir slightly.
Add swollen gelatin to the hot cream and stir until dissolved.
Cool the cream to room temperature and mix with sour cream-blueberry mass.
Pour the dessert into creams and refrigerate for 2 hours until fully set.
