Butter choose the highest quality, natural, without adding vegetable fats, complying with GOST. Be sure to remove it from the refrigerator in advance, the oil should become soft.
Grind the biscuits any way you can - in a blender, shredder, through a meat grinder or with a regular rolling pin, as I did. To do this, fold the cookies into a dense plastic bag and beat it well with a rolling pin. Some of the cookies will crumble into crumbs, and some will remain pieces. Stop at this stage - then there will be simulated fat in the sausage on the slice. If the crumb is too homogeneous, such an effect will not work.
Take the nuts and chop them into small pieces. Previously, nuts can be dried in a dry pan - they will become crisp and fragrant. Walnuts are best for sausage - they are the softest. But you can put any you like or have in it. Or not to use them at all. Sometimes I add peeled sunflower seeds to such sausage.
Take pieces of cling film and put a chocolate mass on them in the form of sausages. Twist the film to form tight, even sausages. Put them in the fridge. After an hour, remove and roll the sausages a little on the table so that they are round. The oil will already set a little, and it will be easy to do it. Put the sausages back in the fridge until fully set. I kept it all night.
Choose quality, proven condensed milk. Without vegetable fats and dietary supplements. The composition should contain only two ingredients: milk and sugar. The taste and quality of the finished dish will ultimately depend on the quality of the condensed milk.
