Yogurt - 500 gr, Strawberries - 300 gr, Sugar - 200 gr, Water - 2 tbsp, Vanilla - to taste
Ingredients. Take the amount of sugar to your taste, depending on the sweetness of the strawberry sugar may need more or less. For flavour, you can add vanilla sugar at will, but this is not necessary.
My strawberries, clean and cut into arbitrary pieces.
Put strawberries, sugar and 2 tbsp. l water. Send to the heat and cook for 15 minutes, mix from time to time, the mixture should thicken slightly.
The resulting mixture is ground through a sieve and allowed to cool to room temperature.
Add yogurt, mix everything thoroughly. Put the mixture in a container for freezing and send it to the freezer.
We take out the ice cream from the freezer for the first 2 hours every 20-30 minutes and actively mix it. After two hours, leave the ice cream until fully set.
Put the finished ice cream in cremans and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
