Shortbread cookies - 300 gr, Bananas - 2 pcs., Cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp., Cottage cheese - 400 gr., Butter - 1 tbsp., Sugar - 2 tbsp., Tangerines - 6 pcs.
First of all, prepare the base for the roll. Grind the biscuits to medium crumb. This can be done in any way - scroll it through a meat grinder, in a blender, or roll it with a rolling pin, putting it in a bag first. Do not try to dust the cookies, it is better if small crumbs remain - then the base of the roll will be more stable.
Prepare the filling. Put the cottage cheese in another bowl, add soft butter (for this, remove it from the refrigerator in advance). Instead of butter, you can take coconut oil. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. Pour in the sugar (it can be replaced with honey). Punch through the cottage cheese with the additives with a blender until smooth, plastic. If you originally had soft cottage cheese, then you can simply mix it or beat it with a mixer.

How to make a roll without baking from cookies and cottage cheese with tangerines? Prepare the products. Any cookie is suitable - shortbread, sugar, galley, even oat. The main thing is that it crumbles well. Take bananas ripe, yellow, fragrant. Tangerines are bone-free and not very large.
Peel and break the bananas into a bowl. Punch them with a submersible blender until mashed. You can use a fork or pusher as you like.
Sift into the banana puree cocoa powder. Stir.
Pour cookie crumbs to the bananas. Spoon the mass until uniform. If it turns out to be too soft, then add more cookies. This will depend on the size and ripeness of the bananas. It took me a little more biscuits.
It remains to form a roll. Put a piece of parchment on the table, cling film to it. Put a mass of cookies on the film and roll it into a rectangular layer with a rolling pin. Make it size based on the number and size of tangerines. The thickness should be about 1 cm.
