1. My plums, cut in half and remove the bone. Then each half is cut along in two parts.

2. In a bowl, combine wort, honey, sugar, lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and nutmeg, mix well.

3. We put the plums in a uniform layer in a baking dish and pour them with the prepared mixture. Put cinnamon sticks on top.

4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. During baking, mix the plums twice.

5. Serve the dessert warm, placing pieces of ice cream on top. Enjoy your meal!
