How to make a panakota with strawberries? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take high fat cream 33-35%. It is due to such a high fat content that such a delicate and velvety structure will be. Any berries can be used as berry filling. I'll make dessert with strawberries.
The first step is to prepare gelatin. Fill it with cold water and leave it to swell well for 30 minutes.
Pour fatty cream and milk into a small bucket. Add the sugar a pinch of vanillin. If you want a sweeter dessert, or plan to use sour berries, then you can add a little more sugar. Stirring, bring to the beginning of the boil and immediately remove from the heat. There is no need to boil.
Add the swollen gelatin to the hot cream and stir it to dissolve completely. It happens that the grains of gelatin, nevertheless, remain. So strain the whole mixture through a fine strainer.
Now you can pour the entire mass on prepared cremans. Put the dessert in the fridge to cool and freeze.
Rinse strawberry berries in running water, dry and remove the tails. Cut the berries into large pieces and fill with sugar. Leave them to stand to let the juice in. Stir periodically to dissolve the sugar.
