Fat cream - 180 ml, Strawberries - 150 g, Marshmallow - 100 g, Water - 60 ml, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Strawberries - 150 g, Mint - to taste
Prepare the ingredients. To make marshmallows mousse with strawberries and strawberries, we need: vanilla marshmallows (you can also take strawberries), strawberries (fresh or frozen, I have frozen), fatty cream for whipping (33-35% fat), water, sugar and strawberries.
Wash strawberries, dry, remove ponytails. Cut the berries into small pieces. If the strawberries are frozen, then defrost them beforehand, save the juice that has stood out.
Wash and dry strawberries, remove ponytails.
Put chopped strawberries in a sauté pan, pour in sugar, pour in water. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the berries are soft.
Beat the berries with a submersible blender until smooth puree.
Cut into pieces of marshmallows.
Add the marshmallows chopped into pieces to the hot strawberry mass and beat again with a blender.
Cool the mass to room temperature.
Beat the cooled cream into a strong stable foam.
Gently mix the whipped cream into strawberry puree, trying to ensure that the mass does not lose its airiness.
Leave a few strawberry berries to decorate, add the rest to the marshmallow and cream mass and mix.
Put the marshmallow mousse in cremans and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Before serving, garnish the mousse with the remaining strawberries, pieces of marshmallows and mint.
