Put a large bunch of mint in a saucepan of milk, put on a heat, bring to a boil, remove from the heat, insist + cool for 1 hour.
Strain the mass through a sieve and squeeze the mint well with your hands.
Add icing sugar, mix.
Pour the mass into a container, put it in the freezer.
The main thing! - you need to mix the mass well every one and a half to two hours at least three times, use the submersible blender well. If this is not done, then a block of ice is formed, and not an air porous mass.
Add pieces of chocolate, cut with a knife, stir for a fourth time with a spoon, put in the freezer.
Before enjoying ice cream, you need to get it out of the freezer, hold it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
