Milk dessert with gelatin, cottage cheese and berries
12 servings2 hours 45 min
Cottage cheese - 250 g, Milk - 1 pack., Sour cream - 180 ml, Sugar - 3 tbsp., Gelatin - 1 tbsp., Cherry - 36 pcs.
Ingredients.
We prepare gelatin. Pour it into a saucepan and spread it with milk. We set aside 20 minutes to swell.
Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, add sugar to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
We go back to gelatin. Place the pan on the stove and, stirring constantly, heat over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 7 minutes). But do not boil!
Remove from the stove, add cottage cheese to the gelatin.
Mix everything well until homogeneous.
To make dessert, I took silicone forms. First, we pour very little onto the bottom of each mold - so that the curd mixture closes the bottom by 1-1. 5 cm.
We put the berries in each mold. It is very important to lay out berries not on the bottom, but on a layer of cottage cheese, otherwise the berry top will not set. And when taking out the dessert, it can quickly fall apart.
Now, to the very edge of the mold, fill with curd mixture and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Carefully remove desserts from the molds. To easily get desserts, the back of the molds can be held under a stream of hot water - then they will move away from the edge. Desserts are easily taken out of silicone forms.
Our desserts are ready.
