How to make dairy jelly with gelatin? Start by preparing gelatin. It needs to be soaked in boiled water at room temperature, as a rule, it is necessary to leave gelatin for soaking for half an hour. Pour milk into a metal saucepan or deep cup. We put it on fire, bring it to a boil. We pour sugar, if desired, the amount of sugar can be increased or reduced to taste and depending on what the jelly is served with: with sweet syrup, berries or chocolate or without additives. We mix the milk so that the sugar completely dissolves, let it boil again and remove it from the heat.
The milk jelly will be complemented perfectly by coffee syrup, which can be easily made from instant coffee. To taste, we make coffee (without milk) with or without sugar. Let it cool to room temperature and pour jelly over it before serving. You can decorate the jelly with sprigs of mint and fresh raspberry berries. Enjoy your meal!
