Raspberry parfait

Let's make a sauce: - in a small saucepan, mix raspberries with sugar, add lemon juice; - we send to medium fire, bring to a boil, then warm the berries with a spoon; - remove from the fire and wipe through the sieve; - we put it in the refrigerator for the time being. Now let's make mousse: - pour cream (100 ml) into a bowl, add chocolate to them, having previously broken it into pieces; - send to the microwave, heat for 30 seconds, each time stopping and mixing the ingredients until the chocolate is completely dissolved; - in a deep bowl beat the remaining cream using a mixer until foam appears; - then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue to beat until soft peaks; - carefully combine melted chocolate with whipped cream. We choose 6 cremans, put half of the mousse in them (in each equal number). Then pour raspberry sauce and lay out a layer of raspberries, after which we cover again with mousse, pour sauce, decorate with raspberries and grated white chocolate. Before serving, the parfait should be cooled in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Serve, surprise your friends!
