How to make raspberry jelly? Very simple. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. First, you need to carefully sort through the raspberries from sprigs, leaflets and other contaminants. Rinse your berries very gently in the water and roll back in a colander to make the glass extra liquid.
Pour water into the pan, put on the heat. When the water boils, pour in the sugar and stir. It is better to take an enameled pan so that the metal does not react with the acid in the berry.
Then pour raspberries into the pan.
Mix up our future jelly.
Boil the mixture over a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Then strain the raspberry decoction through a strainer. We will no longer need berries.
Inject the gelatin in a thin stream into the strained raspberry decoction. In the process, you must not forget to continuously interfere with the mixture.
Pour the mixture into small portion moulds and refrigerate them for at least 1-2 hours (you can leave it overnight) to set.
After a while, remove the moulds from the fridge, place them in warm water and gently remove our simple jelly from the fresh raspberries, turning it onto a flat plate. Dessert jelly with raspberries at home is ready.
When serving jelly with raspberries, you can additionally decorate with cream, pieces of fresh fruit, berries or leaves of fresh mint. It turns out such beauty and goodness!
Enjoy your meal!
