Ice cream according to this recipe is prepared very simply. Take half a litre of 35% fat cream and whisk them together. When whipping, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the ice cream will turn out to be too fatty. Add a jar of condensed milk to the whipped cream, stir well. Now pour lemon juice (50 ml) into the resulting mass and mix everything. Pour the future ice cream into a freezing tin and send it to the freezer. After 2-3 hours, remove the mold and mix the contents. This is necessary in order for the ice cream to be tender in taste and homogeneous, without ice crystals. Put the tin back in the freezer overnight. Arrange the ready-made lemon ice cream before serving in creams and decorate to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
