Gelatin - 1 tbsp., Sour cream - 300 ml, Sugar - 2 tbsp., Vanillin - 1 gram, Egg yolks - 2 pcs., Milk - 1 pack., Water - 0.5 pack.
In a third bowl, soak the gelatin. Gelatin should be prepared according to the instructions indicated on the package. I had ordinary crystalline gelatin, after swelling it should be dissolved in a water bath or low heat, you can do this in a microwave oven, most importantly, prevent the jelly mixture from boiling.
Arrange the prepared blank of dessert cream at home into creams and send it to the refrigerator for freezing, a couple of hours is enough. Remove the dessert from the fridge and can be topped with grated milk or bitter chocolate or crushed nuts. Coffee syrup will also suit this dessert.
