Cranberries must be washed. To do this, fill it with water and gently rinse the berries from pollution with your hands. It is convenient to do this in a deep bowl. Berries that will surface are the strongest and can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 months. Dry them and store them. And the berries that settled on the bottom must be put into processing.
The whole mass must be crushed. This is convenient with a submersible blender. It is not necessary (but not prohibited) to bring the mass to uniformity. It is enough just to break the berries. I like it more when you come across pieces of cranberries. The mass is not liquid or thick. Due to the added honey, it is a little viscous.
