Strawberries in white chocolate yogurt
9 servings30 min
Strawberries - 9 pcs., White chocolate - 100 grams, Yogurt - 100 grams, Gelatin - 8 grams, Powdered sugar - 20 grams
The ingredients we'll need. For convenience, the wooden veneer was covered with cling film.
Chocolate is melted on a steam bath. Or you can NOT OVERHEAT in the microwave (short pulses)!!
Soak gelatin in cold water. If granulated 8 grams of gelatin is soaked in 40 ml of cold water.
Wipe strawberries dry with a napkin.
Add swollen gelatin to melted chocolate. If you have granulated, literally melt in the microwave for 5-6 seconds. And Greek yogurt (or fatty sour cream) Liquid yogurt or liquid sour cream will not work! And we mix everything well.
Add powdered sugar to taste and desire. I had strawberries that were sour.
And also add titanium dioxide if desired. To remove yellowness and give a density of glaze.
If air bubbles have formed, the glaze can be passed through a sieve.
And we start glazing. The consistency of the glaze should be quite thick. She should practically not stick from the berry. The layer will be thicker - dessert will be more appetizing. And from time to time we send the veneer to the refrigerator so that the glaze freezes.
In stages, I stained the glaze with a dry, edible dye. Here at will. And I literally selected each shade in a tablespoon for decoration. This is also optional.
And decorate as your fantasy desires. I decorated with just stripes. And at the end we put everything in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes for a complete freeze.
Everything, dessert is ready, this is the beauty!!! We shift it to a beautiful dish and you can serve it!!!
