How to make strawberries in chocolate? Prepare the products. Take strawberries fresh, large, all tastier dessert will be obtained from seasonal fragrant berries. Chocolate will work in any form - tiled, in drops or coins, like mine. I used milk and white, it will work out great with dark and bitter, but this is already an amateur. The main thing is that it is natural and high-quality. Take the oil without odor, so that it does not feel in the glaze.
Then arrange the strawberries to dry on a paper towel. Additionally, rub off each berry - extra moisture will prevent the chocolate from coating the strawberries evenly. Spread the dry berries on a plate in one layer and put them away for 10-15 minutes in the freezer - on chilled berries, the chocolate glaze will set faster and will not drain.
Melt the chocolate. This can be done in a water bath or in a microwave. I drowned in the microwave. How to melt chocolate in the microwave? Fold it into suitable utensils. Put in the microwave at maximum power, set the time for 20 seconds (or more, depending on the model and power). Remove the chocolate, stir and set to heat again, but for 10 seconds already. That time will be enough.
Garnish the berries with contrasting chocolate strips, squeezing it out of the pouches with the tips cut off. You can also sprinkle them with crushed nuts, coconut chips, freeze-dried berries, pastry sprinkles. Put the strawberry board in the fridge for complete glaze stabilization (10 minutes enough).
