Pour water into the pan and put it on a high heat, bring the liquid to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the fire to a minimum, leave the pan on the water. On top of it, install a bowl of white chocolate. It is necessary to ensure that the bowl of chocolate does not come into contact with water. Stir the melted chocolate with a spoon until homogeneous. When it melts, you can move on to the most interesting! We take strawberries by the tail, lower them into liquid white chocolate. Then we lay out the berries in chocolate on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. This is what we do with the third strawberry. We repeat all the same with dark and milk chocolate and the remaining berries. Let the chocolate cool, then remove it for half an hour or an hour in the refrigerator.
