Strawberries - 250 grams, Cream - 150 ml, Powdered sugar - 100 grams, Water - 60 ml, Gelatin - 10 grams, Mint - to taste, Strawberries - 3 pcs.

Prepare the ingredients. To make strawberry mousse, we need: ripe juicy aromatic strawberries, cream (33% fat and above), gelatin (I have in powder), water, and powdered sugar.

Pour gelatin with water. Leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

Wash strawberries, remove ponytails.

Grind the strawberries in a blender.

If desired, you can wipe the mash through a sieve to remove small seeds.

Beat the cooled cream into a strong stable foam, gradually pouring sugar powder.

Stir strawberry puree into the whipped cream in parts.

Mix until homogeneous.

Pour in the loose gelatin and stir again with a mixer at low speeds.

Spread the strawberry mousse into creams and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Garnish the dessert with strawberry berries and mint before serving. Enjoy your meal!
