Apples - 600 gr, Sugar - 200 gr, Cinnamon - 5 gr, Carnation - 3 pcs., Wine - 500 ml
We take such apples and wine. Georgian fits perfectly, although it is expensive.
My apples, cut in half, saving the cuttings, if there is one. Carefully clean the middle.
We connect them, giving the shape of an entire apple. Put in a deep saucepan or saucepan.
Add sugar and spices.
Pour the apples with wine.
Over a low heat, bring to a boil and hold at a weak gurgling for 15 minutes, occasionally watering with wine.
Carefully shift the apples into a glass salad bowl, in which we will serve and pour marinade. If you get very smelly cinnamon, take it out. We cover it and put it in the refrigerator, in the farthest corner!
Delicious, fragrant, hoppy! By the way, the remaining marinade can be used to make mulled wine. Or you can use it with apples. Have a good cook!
