1. Boil the cream.

2. Add to the cream and cook the flour, mix constantly.

3. When the mass has become thick, it must be fried for 10 minutes. You can do this in the same pan, or you can transfer it to a pan. Then remove the mass from the heat.

4. Add the icing sugar and nuts to the mixture and mix well until combined.

5. Add the honey and stir.

6. Place the halva in the tin and allow to freeze for a few hours or a day. Any spices for sweets, nuts, sesame seeds, seeds and dried fruits can be added to such a halva. Nice!

Pea flour - 300 gr, Cream - 150 ml, Powdered sugar - 60 gr, Honey - 2 tbsp., Walnuts - 3 tbsp.
