Milk - 400 ml, Bitter chocolate - 100 gr, Potato starch - 1 tbsp, Sugar - 1 tbsp, Ground cinnamon - 1 gr, Vanillin - 1 gr, Salt - 1 gr
Prepare the ingredients. To make hot chocolate in Italian, we'll need: milk, a bar of bitter chocolate; sugar; potato starch; a pinch of ground shrimp; a pinch of vanillin; a pinch of salt.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Pour some milk into the chocolate and melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Homogeneous mass should be obtained.
Dilute the starch in the remaining milk.
You need to mix carefully so that there are no lumps left of starch, otherwise you can't get rid of them in the finished chocolate. To make the mixture uniform for sure, it is better to strain it through a fine sieve.
In a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour milk with starch into chocolate. You need to interfere quickly enough so that no lumps appear. Stir the mixture until the two types of milk are fully combined.
Add sugar, vanillin, ground cinnamon and salt to the saute pan. Stirring constantly, simmer the chocolate until it starts to thicken.
Pour the finished chocolate into cups and serve. Enjoy your meal!
