1. Break the chocolate into pieces. You can take chocolate without additives, or you can with various additives. I used chocolate with almonds and coconut to enhance the taste of these ingredients.
2. Pour milk into a small saucepan, add pieces of white chocolate and bring to a boil over medium heat with constant stirring.
3. Dilute the starch in a small amount of milk and, stirring so that no lumps form, pour a thin stream into a saucepan of chocolate.
4. Add almond petals and coconut chips to the milk-chocolate mixture.
5. Reduce the fire to a minimum and, stirring constantly, cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Pour in vanilla sugar, mix.
7. Pour hot chocolate into cups, garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle cocoa on top.
Milk - 300 ml, White chocolate - 100 g, Coconut shavings - 30 g, Almond petals - 2 tbsp, Starch - 1 tea liter, Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tea liter, Whipped cream - to taste, Cocoa powder - 1 tea liter
