Gelatin - 15 gr, Milk - 400 ml, Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp, Sugar - 4 tbsp, Water - 200 ml, Frozen berries - 100 gr
We prepare cremans or low glasses and pour the resulting mixture into them. Then we put the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the jelly sets completely. I looked into the fridge half an hour after I spilled the mixture and noticed that cocoa had begun to peel. Below it became darker and the top light. I gently mixed and left to freeze further. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Then, over low heat, stirring constantly, heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. We give the milk mixture a little time to cool down. We check whether the first layer is completely frozen. If so, then very carefully fill the milk mixture with a second layer. We put the cups in the refrigerator for the same hour for two hours. Until the second layer is completely set.
I decided to make the third layer berry. From frozen berries cooked compote with the addition of 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. She cooled him down. Then she added 5 gr. gelatin and left for 15 minutes. After the gelatin swelled, the mixture was heated over low heat until the gelatin dissolved completely.
We check whether the second layer has frozen. And we pour berry mixture. We put the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After solidification of the third layer, we decorate the jelly and treat loved ones and our loved ones. You can decorate with grated chocolate, whipped cream, berries. Enjoy your meal!
