Water - 600ml, Cherry - 450 gr, Sugar - 60 gr, Gelatin - 20 gr
How to make cherry jelly? Prepare and measure all the necessary ingredients.
Pour instant gelatin into the glass. Fill it with cold water (100ml). Leave for 20 minutes to swell. If you are not using instant gelatin, be sure to read the instructions before applying.
Take cherries, wash thoroughly, dry with paper towels. Remove the bones from part of the berries. To do this, you can use a juice tube.
Transfer the berries with the seeds to a saucepan, pour in the remaining 600ml of water, pour in the sugar and stir. Instead of sugar, you can take a sugar substitute that is not afraid of heat treatment.
Stirring occasionally, bring the water to a boil. Simmer the compote for 5 minutes. Then let it brew for 10 minutes.
strain the ready compote through a sieve, squeeze the berries to get more juice and taste in the finished dish.
Add gelatin to the hot compote. Mix well until completely dissolved.
At the bottom of pre-washed and dry-wiped creamers, lay out a bone-free cherry.
Top the cherries with jelly mass.
Place the gelatin cherry jelly at home in the fridge until fully set. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. Enjoy your meal!
