How to make strawberry jelly with gelatin? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased to your liking.
Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water and leave to swell for 10-20 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, dry, remove the tails. Cut most of the berries into 4 parts. Leave the rest of the strawberries whole. Ripe fresh or frozen strawberries are suitable for jelly. It can be replaced or supplemented with other fruits and berries.
