Homemade ice cream sorbet in a blender

Berries can be taken absolutely any - currants, strawberries, cranberries, and raspberries. Experiment with different combinations. The berries are crushed using a blender until homogeneous. Add honey and juice, beat again. Now you can pour the future sorbet into special portion molds (do not forget to stock up on wooden sticks in advance) and set to freeze. I keep the sorbet in the freezer at night, but after 4-5 hours it will be ready for use. It's very delicious! Enjoy your meal!
