Gelatin - 1 tbsp, Water - 100 ml, Milk - 2 pack, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Vanillin - 1 gram
We will prepare the ingredients according to the list. Put the gelatin powder in a bowl or metal cup, pour cold boiled water and leave for half an hour to swell. Gelatin is sheet, granular and in powder form. And for each type of gelatin, a different time for preparing and preparing dishes from it is required, therefore, depending on the selected type of gelatin, we follow the instructions indicated on the package.

After the specified time, put a bowl with gelatin on fire. Over low heat, with constant stirring, let the gelatin dissolve, the mixture should become uniform, without gelatin crystals in the liquid. But we do not let the mixture boil so that the gelatin does not lose its gelling properties.
We pour milk into another metal bowl (you can take any fat at will and taste), put it on the heat, pour in sugar, bring it to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, pour in the jelly mixture, mix well.
Let the mixture cool a little, add a pinch of vanillin to improve the taste of the dessert.
We pour it into molds or creams for cooking jelly. Cool the milk-jelly mixture at room temperature and remove to the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set the jelly.
Jelly is done. We serve it to the table in creams or put it in saucers, dipping the molds in hot water for a couple of minutes. Decorate jelly with fresh berries or pour coffee syrup. Enjoy your meal!
