2 servings1 hour
Milk - 250 ml, Sugar - 70 g, White chocolate - 70 g, Butter - 30 g, Cocoa powder - 15 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Wheat flour - 3 tbsp., Cocoa powder - 2 tea liters, Cookies - 20 g
How to make dessert in a glass? Measure the right ingredients. Milk can take any fat content. Choose white chocolate for yourself, I have callets, you can take tiled chocolate, this is not critical. Be sure to consider the sweetness of chocolate. If you have it too sweet, take less sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the raw egg until smooth.
Melt the butter over low heat. You can use a microwave for this, although we still need an included stove. A pan of butter should stand on the stove over low heat. Grab a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Add the sugar, flour to the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Pour milk into the butter, stir everything again.
Add the white chocolate, broken into small pieces, to the milk mass and mix well until smooth.
With constant stirring, pour the beaten egg into the mass.
Cook the pudding for another 1-2 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Then remove the pot from the heat.
Divide the pudding into 2 equal parts.
Add the cocoa to one part and mix thoroughly.
Transfer both masses to pastry bags and cool at room temperature.
Alternate layers, deposit both masses in glasses. You should get a dessert in layers, white and chocolate. You can choose the thickness of the layers. Even uneven, they will look beautiful in a clear glass.
Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle over the cocoa desserts, garnish with biscuits and mint.
