It happens that tangerines with a very thin film fall, in such it can be left, if it is rougher and thicker, it is still better to remove it. The wedges can be left intact or chopped, so they will be more evenly distributed in the dessert. This is the most laborious work in the recipe, which can be done in advance, cover the cleaned tangerines and put in the refrigerator.
Add tangerine wedges together with the released juice to the curd component, mix and pour into the mold. I took a silicone cupcake tin, you can metal. For convenient extraction of dessert, it is better to line any shape with a cling film. Or pour dessert into individual cremans, then you don't have to turn it over to extract it, here's your choice.
