Put the chocolate mass on top of the white mass, stir the layer slightly. On top we decorate with a small amount of coconut chips. I put dessert in large enough glasses, but I advise you to take smaller molds, literally for a few teaspoons, because the dessert is quite satisfying, but moderately sweet.

Prepare all the ingredients. Instead of agar, you can use gelatin, but you need to cook with it by following the instructions on the package. It is better to take sour cream with a fat content of 20% or higher.
Combine 350 grams of sour cream with sugar and agar agar, beat with a whisk until homogeneous and bubbles appear. Spread the sour cream mixture into glasses or creams and send to the refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes.
Break the chocolate bar into pieces, add the remaining 50 grams of sour cream to the chocolate and melt on the stove until smooth.
