To make this dessert, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content. Choose for yourself, regarding your taste preferences. Strawberries for filling can be taken both fresh and frozen. Only before it will be necessary to thaw. To make the strawberry filling, cut the strawberries into pieces and place in a ladle or small saucepan. Add some sugar and starch. Mix everything well. If you use thawed strawberries, then do not pour the juice formed when thawing. Add it to the strawberries, too. Place on heat and, with constant stirring, bring to a boil. At the same time, the mass will thicken a little and become like a sauce. Cool the finished strawberry filling. Then take fat cream, at least 33% fat, otherwise they will not rise. Combine the cream with the icing sugar and whisk as high a mixer as possible to a lush, steady cream. Wipe the curd through a sieve or mash with a fork. If it is too dry, then dilute it by adding a small amount of milk or liquid cream. Then mix the curd and creamy whipped cream with a whisk. You should have a homogeneous, lush and airy curd mass. Thanks to the addition of whipped cream, curd cream is very tender. Prepare the cremans for dessert. Lay out a little strawberry filling at the bottom of all the cremans. Then, using a pastry bag with a nozzle, fill the creams with curd cream. When filling, try to immerse the tip of the nozzle in strawberries. Thus, when filled with cream, the strawberry filling will evenly rise along the walls of the cremation and, when eaten, will be evenly caught along with the curd cream. To decorate the desserts, melt a little dark chocolate and pour over the tops of all the desserts. Additionally, you can decorate with cookies or fruits. Enjoy your meal!
