Pear dessert

Recently, a friend of mine asked to help me organize a children's holiday for her daughter, or to be more precise, to become a chef. In addition to the main dishes, I made a very tasty pear dessert. It was my first experience making this meal and I can tell you it was a success! For those who can't wait to make this dish themselves, I share a culinary recipe. We start by cleaning the washed pears from the skin, removing the core and putting them in a saucepan. Now we mix syrup, port, granulated sugar and lemon juice and pour prepared pears with this mass. Then we put the pan on a small heat and cook the contents of the pan for about 5-7 minutes. Now we melt chocolate, mix it with cream and nuts. After that, remove the pears from the mass in which they boiled, cool and start with a chocolate-cream mixture. When all the pears are stuffed, lay them out on a dish and serve them to the table. Do not worry, despite the fact that alcohol is used in the recipe, it is absolutely harmless for children, because it only gives a specific aroma to dessert.
