Cottage cheese - 300 gr, Cream - 300 ml, Biscuit cookies - 100 gr, Water - 40 ml, Gelatin - 12 gr, Oranges - 2 pcs., Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp., Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp., Oranges - 2 pcs., Mint - 10 gr.
How to make an orange dessert? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. I have 9%. Cream is needed fatty, for whipping, with a fat content of 33% or more. Appelsins can be replaced or supplemented with other fruits and berries.
Wash and dry the oranges thoroughly. Using a grater, remove the top layer of zest from the oranges, taking care not to touch the white burning part of the peel.
Peel the orange from the remaining peel. Next, break the orange into segments, removing films between the wedges and bones. Or use a knife, and then you don't need to divide into segments, just cut the flesh from the films covering it (this is clearly visible in the video) Cut the flesh into pieces.
Add 2 tbsp. l. icing sugar and orange zest.
You can simply stir the mass with a spoon or beat the mass with a blender to make it smooth and pasty. .
Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Then dissolve the gelatin over low heat, but do not bring to a boil.
Crush or grind the cookies in a blender. If you like an inhomogeneous crumb, with small pieces of biscuits, then it is better to crush it with your hands. For finely uniform crumbs, you need a blender.
Whisk the chilled oily cream with the cocoa and remaining icing sugar until fluffy. Do not stop whipping, pour in the loose gelatin. The mass will immediately liquefy a little, but as the dessert cools, it will become elastic.
Put 2 tbsp. l. cottage cheese. Spread out some whipped chocolate cream on top. Sprinkle over the crushed cookies. Next, you can lay out one more layer of cottage cheese and whipped cream. Garnish the dessert with pieces of orange, grated orange zest and mint. Put the dessert in the fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
